They are of no help to you and follow their made up procedures that benefit them and care nothing for the client. When they "Suspected" a check that I deposited to be fraudulent...they never even notified me, the Client that they say they care about. The check that was written had already been cleared and paid by the issuing bank. I had to fight them, along with my Step-fathers help.
